The bus ride takes around 8-9 hours. There is a lunch break and several toilet breaks in between. Through plains, across the Serbia/Bosnia-Herzegovina border, through hilly terrain, and finally the lovely city of Sarajevo ….

I took this trip in early June and it was a cloudy almost throughout. Though the journey is quite long, I did not get bored at all … Was busy seeing the countryside and taking photos galore.
